Best Health Tracker Apps

Now that we live in this digital age, we have so much access to various apps to assist us in accomplishing our goals. If we are honest, there is an app for basically EVERYTHING. As a busy professional, you are often on the go, so finding apps to track your health habits is ideal to monitor your progress. Let's take a look at some highly recommended health tracker apps that will help you hit your 2024 goals.

MyFitnessPal

If you are looking for a a free health and fitness app, check this one out. This one has amazing features to track what you are eating down to calculating macros, if that is something you desire to do. There are certain features that are only accessible under the premium account but you can do many things in the free version. There are healthy recipes and new workouts on there as well.

Sworkit

This is a fitness app that allows you to find hundreds of at-home workouts. If you work from home, this app may be a great option for you. You can also customize workouts too. Even though I am a fitness instructor and I know how to create my own workouts, sometimes it's nice to adopt a workout that's already created. So, I encourage you to do the same if you want to keep it simple.

Yummly

If you are looking for a way to organize your recipes or schedule meal planning, download this app for free. For $4.99, you can access premium features like recommended recipes based on your goals, or cooking guides. If you need a place to organize your shopping list, download this app for free.

I did some research and there are many apps that you can use to help you reach your goals, but these are the three apps that I recommend to get you started. Having a coach like me will help you create your 2024 health goals and stick to them. If you are in need of getting organized with meal planning or creating a new fitness routine, I'm here to help.
